We are delighted to be supporting a fast growth SaaS company with their search for a CFO. This is a newly created position and will be key within the leadership teams, partnering with the CEO.
As CFO, you will take ownership of the full finance function: planning, financial control & reporting, compliance, cash & treasury management, helping to shape commercial decisions. As number two to the CEO this role is well suited to an ambitious CFO or number two in finance looking seeking a step up in a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner close with the CEO & Sales, contributing to strategic planning and negotiations
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Financial control and reporting
- Treasury management
- Financial regulation compliance across operating jurisdictions
- Ensure financial controls, policies and procedures are fit for purpose & followed
- Develop the structure and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present board financial reports
- Manage relations with company’s bank, tax advisers and other financial counterparties
About you:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
- Experience in a CFO or Senior Finance leadership role
- Strong progressive finance experience, ideally within a SaaS company
- Excellent communications and leadership abilities
